Your privacy is important to us at Integrated Dynamic Solutions. We recognize and respect the privacy concerns and expectations of our customers and we are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information.    Recently passed federal legislation requires that all service provider organizations, including Integrated Dynamic Solutions provide information to their customers about how they collect, protect and share their personal information. We are required to provide this information to all customers with active ongoing relationships and those customers who have terminated their relationship with us since July 1, 2000.    We provide this notice so that you will know what kinds of information we collect, protect and share. Our Privacy Statement is as follows:    Account applications and other forms - which may include a customer's name, Address, social security number, and information about a customer's business;    Account history- including information about the transactions and balances in a customer's account; and    Correspondence - written, telephonic or electronic between a customer and Integrated Dynamic Solutions.    Stored Customer Data - data transmitted from any Customer Server to Integrated Dynamic Solutions servers.    Integrated Dynamic Solutions maintains procedural and physical safeguards that comply with federal regulations to safeguard this information. Our employees are required to handle this information in a confidential manner and are subject to disciplinary actions if they obtain or use any of this information in violation of this policy.    Integrated Dynamic Solutions' policy is to hold all data collected in confidence and shall not be used in way nor shared with any third party. For your security, the data stored on our DataAssure Client is encrypted.    Integrated Dynamic Solutions' policy is to not sell or give out any information about our customers to outside third parties unless you request or authorize the disclosure of the information or as required by law.    We want you to know that we share your concerns about the privacy of personal information. You have placed your trust in us, and we take that very seriously.
