Integrated Dynamic Solutions (IDS) provides a broad range of secure online backup services to approximately 100 clients in the Southeast. IDS's service is offered as a fully automated and/or managed service, protecting critical business data and transporting it in encrypted and compressed form over the internet. IDS's data center facilities are highly secure, fortified facilities with total redundancy allowing unattended restorations 24x7. The Company replicates its Server Storage Farm for added redundancy. In cases of major disasters customers can invoke what is referred to as D-Day and IDS will bring the data to the customer's recovery site with a portable vault system for rapid recovery. The Company mandate is to assist clients in maximizing the value of their business continuity programs by enabling them to utilize advanced data protection solutions to their own unique advantage. The Company offers electronic assessment tools to enable generation of detailed information about a customer's current data and LAN usage, this storage usage information is invaluable in business planning. IDS constantly measures customer satisfaction levels in order to continue to improve service, responsiveness and meet the changing market demands as they happen.
