Integrated Dynamic Solutions, Inc. (IDS) was incorporated in 1991. Headquartered in Norcross, Georgia the Company commenced commercial operations by offering systems integration to the Dental Vertical market in that year. In 1998, the Company expanded into software development focusing on the SMB market space by developing custom applications for small business using Microsoft's Exchange and Microsoft Outlook. In the fall of 2001 following the attack on the WTC the company experienced a rush of SMB customers looking for more secure ways to protect their data. IDS management recognized the market opportunity and research began on different methods to provide secure online backup to the Company's customer base. In the fall of 2002 IDS formally entered the market with a Secure Online Point in Time Backup product sold under the name of DataAssure. The Company quickly recognized that market penetration was the key to success and IDS entered a sales and marketing contract with Omni Telecom in the Spring of 2003. Omni Telecom through its 250 sales consultants and agents is IDS's main source for new business generating market penetration into the SMB market space during 2003. Currently, the Company's commercial offering includes both point in time online backup as well as high availability real-time backup products and services. The Company continues to offer new products and services focused on online backup, releasing in the 3rd quarter, Microsoft Exchange Message Level Restore, Outlook Message Level Restore, Long Term Storage options to DVD and Local Restore Options. The Company's products and services meet all current government regulations and mandates such as HIPAA for secure encryption and compression for protecting a company's data.
